Was with this office for the last 3 years and I’m not sure what changed or who is in charge now but the service is the worse. I’m getting bills for services a whole year later after I already called previously to inquire about a balance and be told I don’t have one. The office staff and manager have poor communication skills and think reading from a screen is all it takes to find a solution when I clearly keep telling them where the confusion is and I’m not paying money they can’t properly explain why it’s due. They switched to AI and couldn’t even reach a person to reschedule my appointments and they want to charge me a fee. Super happy to say I will never be a patient here again!

Ashely and cam have always been great to me never rude , if you see how some of the patients approach them everyone has an off day ! Keep up the good work girls . Leigh my hygienist is amazing and funny I would recommend her ! Dr. Jon not so much more bedside manners is needed but overall the girls made my day ! Thank You ladies excellent job .

American Dental Care does provide genuine emergency dental care, which is the main reason I'm giving this review more than one star. Dr. Jon Kanegawa was helpful, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the administrative side of the practice was extremely frustrating. After my first visit, the treatment plan seemed to change without clear explanations, leaving me uncertain about both the recommended treatment plan and the expected costs. Communication regarding procedures and billing lacked transparency. The paperwork provided was difficult to read, making it hard to verify charges and understand exactly what I was being billed for. I also experienced issues with payments not appearing to be properly reflected in my account, along with additional charges that surfaced later. Instead of receiving clear answers and documentation, I was often left trying to figure out the discrepancies myself. What concerns me most is the lack of accountability when billing questions arise. Zelly was great! Gives important details of the steps she will take for you to have a perfect smile! She was professional and has good energy, it made me feel comfortable confident in her work and well taken care of! Thank you Zelly! You are appreciated! I had a great experience here at American Dental Care! The staff is very friendly and helpful and I felt at ease at every appointment. I was able to get everything taken care of for my root canal and crown- I didn’t have to go back and forth between different dentist offices to get the work done. I love that they took care of everything and I highly recommend them for affordable dental care!
